The best thing about a potluck is getting to taste everyone’s favorite recipes. The best thing about a Silvermine Potluck is getting to share all that scrumptious old-fashioned fun with neighbors and friends.
Eat, drink and be merry Saturday, January 28th at the Silvermine Arts Center. Everyone is requested to bring a something to share; it’s your chance to wow the crowd with an old family recipe or a dish you’ve been dying to try. Feast on a variety of favorite appetizers, entrees and desserts and catch up with friends.
Call for Volunteers
Would you like to volunteer at the Pot Luck dinner? Specifically, we are looking for volunteers to assist with decorations, help us set up prior to the event, help coordinate all food when it arrives at the event and set the food up on the serving tables, and a clean up crew. Please email [email protected] and let us know what you’d like to do. Thanks!!
Friday, November 4th was a perfect Autumn evening for neighbors to join together from New Canaan, Wilton and Norwalk for another great Silvermine Social. The Silvermine Community Association hosted the event and provided plenty of hors d’ouvres. Although Jim Fowler was under the weather, his daughter came to speak about the planned Fowler Preserve which will give access to a huge open space in Silvermine for all to enjoy.
